Adenes Italia acquires majority stake in Sogesa to strengthen motor claims management and insurance BPO

"Adenes Italia, part of the Adenes Group, has acquired a majority stake in Sogesa, an Italian firm with over 30 years’ experience in motor claims inspection, process outsourcing and claims settlement for insurers and intermediaries. The deal strengthens Adenes’ presence in motor and insurance BPO, completing a full end-to-end claims value chain — from inspections and call centers to BPO and settlement — and gives insurers a single interlocutor supported by a network of more than 1,000 motor adjusters nationwide.
