Addleshaw Goddard Advises Spanish Startup Xoople on €115m Series B Funding

"Addleshaw Goddard has advised Spanish data infrastructure startup Xoople on a €115 million Series B financing, bringing total funding to date to €200 million. Xoople builds an “Earth Registry System” to capture real-time physical changes on the planet and provide a geospatial data layer for advanced AI across infrastructure, supply chain, agriculture, insurance and risk management. Investors include Nazca Capital, MCH Private Equity, Buenavista Equity Partners, Endeavor Catalyst and public entity CDTI (with prior participation from AXIS/ICO); CDTI considers Xoople a strategic company under its Innvierte programme. The advising team was led by partners Germán Cabrera and Gonzalo Fernández, with associate Álvaro Paniagua."
