Addleshaw Goddard advises ING Bank Śląski on acquisition of 100% of Goldman Sachs TFI

"Addleshaw Goddard advised ING Bank Śląski on acquiring full ownership of Goldman Sachs TFI from Goldman Sachs, increasing ING’s stake from 45% (held since 2019 via ING Investment Holding) to 100%. Goldman Sachs TFI manages PLN 48 billion in assets; the acquisition strengthens ING Bank Śląski’s position in the investment and retirement markets and enables a broader range of ING‑branded savings and investment solutions.
