Accel‑KKR acquires tamigo, Danish cloud-based workforce management provider

"Bech-Bruun, together with Brodies, advised technology-focused private equity firm Accel-KKR on its acquisition of tamigo, a Danish provider of cloud-based workforce management software (shift planning, time registration and payroll) for large retail and restaurant businesses across Denmark and Europe. The Bech-Bruun deal team included Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen, Emil Alexander Strube and Adam Sahed Haddioui."
