De Pardieu Advises Batipart Europe, Sogecap, CDC Investissement Immobilier and QuinSpark on Acquisition of Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel
"De Pardieu advised the buyer group—Batipart Europe, Sogecap (Société Générale Assurances), CDC Investissement Immobilier and QuinSpark—on the acquisition of the 435‑room Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel hotel from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. Batipart Europe, via its hotel vehicle Anama, led the consortium and will act as strategic asset manager; QuinSpark remains a shareholder and operating partner, while Accor continues to manage the hotel. The deal highlights continued investor appetite for prime urban hotel assets. De Pardieu’s deal team was led by Nicolas Favre and Hugues de Fouchier with specialists across corporate, tax, real estate, finance, competition and employment; CDC Investissement Immobilier and Sogecap were advised by BG2V and QuinSpark by Arago."
