Squire Patton Boggs Advises LumApps on Acquisition of Comeen

"Squire Patton Boggs advised LumApps on an agreement to acquire Comeen, a platform for space management, digital signage and visitor management, with completion expected in May 2026. The SPB team was led by Paris corporate partner Anthony Guillaume, assisted by Victor Dransard. Founded in Lyon in 2012, LumApps is a SaaS employee‑experience platform with offices in Austin, Barcelona, Hamburg, Lyon, London, Paris and Tokyo; the deal extends its vision to unify communication, knowledge, workflows and space management in an AI-driven experience. SPB has a long-standing relationship with LumApps, having advised on prior deals including Vizir (2022), Teach on Mars (2023) and due diligence for Bridgepoint’s 2024 investment."
