Latham & Watkins Advises Ardian on Sale of Its Stake in TRIGO to Montyon Capital

"Latham & Watkins’ Paris team advised investment firm Ardian on the sale of its stake in TRIGO, the global leader in quality management services for the transport sector, to French investment fund Montyon Capital. The deal remains subject to regulatory approvals.
