"De Pardieu advised Batipart Europe on the tax aspects of its acquisition of the Magnetik office complex at 9 boulevard Romain‑Rolland (border of Montrouge and Paris 14th). The asset totals nearly 34,000 m² across two buildings, with high occupancy and key tenants including Chronopost, MSC Cruises, Jacquet Brossard, B&B and Institut Mines‑Télécom. The deal also established a partnership with three Sofidy‑managed funds — the first collaboration between Batipart Europe and Sofidy — aimed at long‑term ownership and value enhancement, including energy‑performance upgrades.
