Alerion Avocats advises Crédit Mutuel Impact (RES) on €15M investment in biocontrol company Agriodor

"Alerion Avocats (Vincent Poirier and Julien Demeulenaère) advised Crédit Mutuel Impact, via its RES fund, on a €15 million equity investment in Agriodor. Founded in 2019, Agriodor is a French biocontrol company that uses natural odorant compounds to disrupt pest behavior as a sustainable alternative to conventional insecticides. The funding, which also involved Région Sud Investissement, CAAP Création (Crédit Agricole Alpes‑Provence) and existing shareholders, will support Agriodor’s commercial, industrial and R&D expansion, including international development. Parallel Avocats (Jérémie Aflalo) acted for the seller."
