Borenius Advises DNB Carnegie and Nordea on Auroora Group’s EUR 40.3M IPO and Nasdaq Helsinki Listing

"Borenius acted as legal advisor to global coordinator DNB Carnegie and bookrunner Nordea on the IPO and Nasdaq Helsinki listing of Auroora Group Plc, Finland’s largest compounder investing across industrial and technical sectors. The offering raised gross proceeds of approximately EUR 40.3 million, trading began on 2 April 2026, the company gained about 1,700 new shareholders and had an initial market capitalisation of roughly EUR 150 million."

Borenius advised the global coordinator DNB Carnegie Investment Bank and the bookrunner Nordea Bank on the initial public offering and Nasdaq Helsinki listing of Auroora Group Plc. The transaction was an IPO in which Auroora Group Plc — described as Finland’s largest compounder investing across multiple industrial and technical sectors — raised gross proceeds of approximately EUR 40.3 million. Trading on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki commenced on 2 April 2026; the company received about 1,700 new shareholders and had a market capitalisation of roughly EUR 150 million at listing.
