Latham & Watkins Advises Maverick Silicon on Point2 Technology Series B Extension

Latham & Watkins represented investor Maverick Silicon in the transaction, while Point2 Technology was the recipient and NVentures and UMC Capital participated in the financing. Point2 Technology, a developer of RF-based interconnect solutions for AI data center infrastructure, announced an extension of its Series B round led by Maverick Silicon. The extension, which included participation from NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm) and UMC Capital, brings the total Series B funding to US$76 million. Latham & Watkins represented Maverick Silicon with a corporate deal team composed by: partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, and associate Mason Taylor.
