Arthur Cox advises APi Group on acquisition of WTech Fire Group

"On 22 April 2026 Arthur Cox acted as lead buy‑side legal counsel to APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG) on its agreement to acquire WTech Fire Group, an Ireland‑headquartered provider of fire protection, suppression and detection solutions operating across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany and the Nordics. The acquisition will strengthen APi’s European fire protection and life‑safety platform and enhance its sprinkler and suppression capabilities; the deal remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
