Lexia strengthens Litigation, Arbitration and Legal Risk Mitigation team with Andrew G. Paton and Emanuela Monteleone

Andrew G. Paton and Emanuela Monteleone have joined Lexia as members of its Litigation, Arbitration and Legal Risk Mitigation team. Paton enters the firm as of counsel, while Monteleone assumes the role of senior associate. Andrew G. Paton brings more than thirty years of international experience, with a primary focus on international arbitration. He operates both as an arbitrator and as leading counsel. Admitted to practice in Australia, England and Italy, Paton has worked across common law and civil law jurisdictions and has developed expertise in international arbitrations and cross-border disputes. Emanuela Monteleone has over twenty years of professional activity and has developed deep experience in cross-border dispute resolution, with a focus on civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration. She joins Lexia as a senior associate. Both professionals will join Silvia Cossu, partner and head of Litigation, Arbitration & Legal Risk Mitigation, and the other lawyers based in Lexia’s Rome office, which will be the subject of a significant growth project in the coming months. Francesco Dagnino, managing partner of Lexia, said their appointments form part of the firm’s growth strategy aimed at supporting client needs and strengthening its position across its areas of practice.
