Adam L. Hoeflich Joins Paul, Weiss Litigation Department as Partner

Adam L. Hoeflich has joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and will be based in the New York office. Hoeflich is a nationally recognized courtroom lawyer with a 30-plus-year track record of leading high-stakes commercial and personal disputes from pretrial through appeal in federal and state courts nationwide. His practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, financial services and securities litigation, multidistrict and class action proceedings, pharmaceutical and consumer products litigation, and large-scale contract and commercial arbitration. He has also designed and advised on several major U.S. and international mass tort and product liability resolutions. Hoeflich joins Paul, Weiss from a prominent litigation boutique. Hoeflich is ranked by Chambers USA in Band 1 for Litigation: General Commercial in Illinois, has been recognized as a leading product liability lawyer in the United States for 16 years and as a leading litigator in Illinois for more than 20 consecutive years, and has been named a Benchmark Litigation National Litigation Star every year since 2009. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he graduated first in his class. Hoeflich is an elected member of the American Law Institute, will remain Professor of Practice at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and is active in the Chicago civic community as a trustee of Northwestern University and a board member of Northwestern Medicine.
