Lawderis Avocats Advises Shareholders of Pierre Bergé & Associés on Sale to Millon Auction Group

Lawderis Avocats advised the sellers, the shareholders of Maison de ventes Pierre Bergé & Associés, in connection with the sale of the company to Millon Auction Group, while Aramis Law advised the purchaser. Financial advisers on the transaction were Neuflize OBC Corporate Finance for the sellers and Impulse Corporate Finance for the purchaser. The transaction comprised the sale of 100% of Maison de ventes Pierre Bergé & Associés (PBA) to Millon Auction Group (MAG). PBA was founded in 2002 by Pierre Bergé, co‑founder of the Yves Saint Laurent house, and is an emblematic auction house with a young, qualified operational team. Founded in 1928, Millon Auction Group has become the leading independent auction house in France and ranks among the five largest auction houses in Europe.
