Sixth Street Partners with HSPG to Invest in Park Properties Housing Association

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett advised Sixth Street on its investment in Park Properties Housing Association (PPHA), which was made in partnership with HSPG. The transaction will see Sixth Street provide the majority of the equity capital to support PPHA’s platform. HSPG will continue to lead the strategic direction, asset management and growth of the business alongside PPHA’s existing management team. PPHA intends to invest more than £1 billion to deliver high-quality, new-build homes and sustainable communities, aiming to establish a new benchmark for affordable living.
