Foley & Lardner Advises Brady Corporation on Acquisition of Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services Business

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Brady Corporation in its definitive agreement to acquire Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business. The transaction is an all-cash acquisition of Honeywell’s PSS business by Brady Corporation. The deal is valued at approximately $1.4 billion, is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is expected to be completed in the second half of calendar year 2026. PSS provides a comprehensive suite of hardware, software and service offerings that enable high-volume, automated data collection and tracking for enterprise customers worldwide. The business holds strong positions in mobile computers, barcode scanners, printing solutions and voice guidance. The acquisition will expand Brady’s productivity and workflow solutions, broaden its reach with large enterprise customers and strengthen its identification and tracking portfolio across key end markets.
