Kirkland & Ellis Advises Honeywell on $1.4 Billion Sale of Productivity Solutions and Services Business to Brady Corporation

"Kirkland & Ellis advised Honeywell on the sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services business to Brady Corporation for $1.4 billion in an all-cash transaction. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026 and follows a strategic review Honeywell began in July 2025."

Kirkland & Ellis represented Honeywell in connection with the agreement to sell its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. The transaction provides for Brady Corporation to acquire Honeywell's PSS business for $1.4 billion in an all-cash transaction. The deal is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026 and remains subject to customary closing conditions. The sale follows the strategic review of alternatives for the PSS business that Honeywell commenced in July 2025.
