Argus Partners advises Spinny on $340 million Series F and Series G fundraises

"Argus Partners advised Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (dba Spinny) on raising approximately $340 million across its Series F and Series G rounds, both structured as combinations of primary and secondary transactions. Series F was led by Accel Leaders Fund and WestBridge with participation from Elevation Capital, Think Investments and Tiger Global; Series G was led by Fidelity and Accel Leaders Fund."

Argus Partners advised Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (dba Spinny) on its Series F and Series G fundraises. Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (dba Spinny) raised approximately $340 million across the two rounds. The Series F round was led by Accel Leaders Fund and WestBridge, with participation from Elevation Capital, Think Investments and Tiger Global. The Series G round was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC (FMR) and Accel Leaders Fund. Both rounds were structured as a combination of primary issuances and secondary share transactions. Spinny is a leading full‑stack used car platform and was recently ranked #1 in India’s Fastest‑Growing Companies 2026 by TIME and Statista. The company has continued to expand its platform through the establishment of a non‑banking financial arm, Spinny Capital Private Limited, and through acquisitions and investments in the media and after‑sales maintenance spaces, including the acquisition of Haymarket SAC and its automotive titles and the acquisition of GoMechanic.
