Pavarini Components Completes Acquisition of Eurosnodi and TRB

Unistudio Corporate Finance represented Pavarini Components, while GBB Studio, KPMG and Baldi Prati & Partners represented the selling shareholders Leuger Balotta, Paola Balotta, Mauro Lugli and Eros Gibertini. Pavarini Components has announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Eurosnodi and TRB, long-standing companies active in the production of components for hydraulic cylinders. The sellers in the transaction are the shareholders Leuger Balotta, Paola Balotta, Mauro Lugli and Eros Gibertini.
