Goyel & Goyal Advises TraqCheck on $8M Series A Round Led by IvyCap Ventures

"Enterprise-tech startup TraqCheck has raised $8 million (about ₹74.6 crore) in a Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures with participation from IIFL. Law firm Goyel & Goyal advised TraqCheck on the transaction, including legal due diligence. Founded in 2020, TraqCheck offers an AI-driven background-check platform (including its agent “Trace”) and will use the funds to expand across Europe and grow enterprise adoption."

Goyel & Goyal advised TraqCheck in the transaction. TraqCheck raised $8 million (about ₹74.6 crore) in a Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from IIFL. The AI-driven enterprise background-check platform, founded in 2020 by Jaibir Nihal Singh, Armaan Mehta and Rishabh Jain, said it will use the proceeds to accelerate expansion in Europe and to increase adoption of its background‑screening agent, "Trace," among enterprise customers. The transaction team from Goyel & Goyal consisted of: Akshit Goyal (Partner); Aditya Prasad (Senior Associate); and Associates Shivantika Srivastava, Raghav Thareja and Riya Kapoor.
