Sigenergy Technology Completes HK$4.4 Billion IPO and Main Board Listing in Hong Kong

Davis Polk advised Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd. on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and on its international offering conducted in reliance on Regulation S. The offering generated gross proceeds of approximately HK$4.4 billion prior to the exercise of the over‑allotment option. The listing has been recognised as the largest primary listing globally in the energy storage sector in the last four years.
