McDermott Will & Schulte advised the sellers, Ardian and the founders and management team of Netco Group, in connection with the transaction. The firm advised Ardian on the sale of its majority stake in Netco Group to Eurazeo. The founders of Netco Group will reinvest alongside Eurazeo, enabling continued involvement of the existing management team in the business. Netco Group is a European leader in critical maintenance services for conveyor systems in essential industries. Completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals. McDermott Will & Schulte represented the sellers Ardian, the founders and the management team of Netco Group with a team composed by: Grégoire Andrieux, partner; Marie-Muriel Barthelet, partner; Jordan Ohayon, associate (corporate); Romain Desmonts, partner; and Fanny Le Pogam, associate (tax).
