Karanovic & Partners Advises Atos Group on Sale of Bull Advanced Computing Activities to French State

Karanovic & Partners, together with Baker McKenzie's Paris office, advised Atos Group on the sale of its Bull advanced computing activities to the French State. The transaction is valued at up to EUR 404 million and covers the group's high-performance computing, quantum and artificial intelligence operations. The divested business, formerly part of Atos's Eviden division, generated approximately EUR 0.7 billion in revenue in 2025. Karanovic & Partners represented Atos Group with a team composed by: Senior Partner Milos Jakovljevic, Partner Sava Draca and Associate Ljubica Stojanovic. Baker McKenzie's Paris office represented Atos Group.
