Latham & Watkins represented the NATO Innovation Fund as lead investor in the €15 million Series A funding round of Kelluu. The transaction comprised a €15 million Series A financing for Kelluu, a Finnish deep tech company that operates the world’s largest autonomous airship fleet. The round was led by the NATO Innovation Fund, with participation from Keen Venture Partners, Gungnir Capital and Tesi. Latham & Watkins represented the NATO Innovation Fund with a team composed by: Shing Lo (London corporate partner), Toni Adejuyigbe (associate), and Sidney Chin (associate).
