"Latham & Watkins advised the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) as a lead investor on Inbiome’s US$16 million Series A round. The funding, co-led by NIF and a consortium led by Michiel Boehmer and Slingshot Ventures, backs the Dutch molecular diagnostics company. The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Toni Adejuyigbe and Kathleen Teo."

Latham & Watkins advised the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF), the lead investor in the transaction. The deal was a US$16 million Series A funding round in Inbiome, a Dutch molecular diagnostics company redefining microbiology testing; the round was co‑led by NIF and a consortium led by Michiel Boehmer and Slingshot Ventures.
