Latham & Watkins advised the NATO Innovation Fund as lead investor in the €30 million Series A financing of TYTAN Technologies. The Series A round raised €30 million for TYTAN Technologies, a European defence technology company. The financing was co-led by the NATO Innovation Fund and Armira, with participation from existing investors Visionaries Club, OTB Ventures, Lakestar, Magnetic, D3 and 10x Group. Latham & Watkins represented the NATO Innovation Fund (lead investor) with a team composed by: London partner Shing Yuin Lo; Frankfurt partner Markus E. Krüger; London associates Toni Adejuyigbe and Sidney Chin; and Düsseldorf associate Nikolaus Becker.
