NovoJuris Legal advised KisaanSay Agtech Pvt. Ltd. on its Series A fundraise led by Agrisure Direct Scheme, a scheme of the Agrisure Fund of NAB Ventures, with participation from other co-investors. KisaanSay Agtech Pvt. Ltd. has raised ₹34 crore in the Series A round. KisaanSay is a farmer-led initiative focused on delivering authentic, single-origin food products directly from farmer enterprises across India through a collaborative and sustainable model. The funds will be used to expand KisaanSay's farmer network, broaden its product offerings and strengthen its offline presence. NovoJuris Legal represented KisaanSay Agtech Pvt.
