MAQS Advokatbyrå acted as legal adviser to Tången in connection with its acquisition of TriNorth Solutions AB. Tången has acquired TriNorth Solutions AB, an established system integrator specialising in technical solutions for public transport and security. TriNorth develops and integrates technical systems for public transport, delivering solutions including passenger information systems, ticketing solutions, fleet management, child safety systems and CCTV. The company also provides installation, service and aftermarket support, offering a comprehensive solution within its field. TriNorth will become part of Tången’s business area Regulatory Expertise and will continue to operate with the same customer- and market-focused approach.
