The transaction involves an investment of approximately USD 270 million by Everstone Capital to acquire a substantial stake in the combined operating entity, Apothecon Group. Apothecon Group is a speciality formulations company with in‑house formulations and captive API manufacturing capabilities and a diversified commercial presence across the United States, Europe and other international markets.
