BIP Law & Tax Assists Investor in Acquisition of 11 MW Solar and Agrivoltaic Portfolio in Lombardy and Piedmont

"An international renewables investor has acquired 100% of three SPVs owning photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects in Lombardy and Piedmont totaling about 11 MW. BIP Law and Tax advised the buyer: the legal and corporate/real estate team was led by equity partner Marco Muscettola (with Bianka Vecaj, Marco Pellegrini and Clara Frasca; Nicoletta Bezzi handled permitting), the tax team was led by equity partner Carlo Maria Andò (with Stefano Lando, Irina Margarete and Alice Stripparo), and notary work was overseen by Marco Farina.
