Anaf Fire Protection to acquire Kidde’s EMEA portable fire‑extinguisher business (Gloria) — Gatti Pavesi and PwC Legal advise, Baker McKenzie for Kidde

"Anaf Fire Protection has signed an agreement to acquire Kidde Global Solutions' EMEA portable fire extinguisher business (the Gloria brand), with operational sites in Ropczyce, Poland and Wadersloh, Germany. Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici (led by Andrea Giardino) and PwC Legal (coordinated by Alvise Becker) advised Anaf on the deal, while Baker McKenzie (led by Justin Hutchinson) represented Kidde. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary closing conditions."

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici and PwC Legal advised the buyer, Anaf Fire Protection, while Baker McKenzie advised the seller, Kidde Global Solutions. The transaction concerns Anaf Fire Protection’s acquisition of Kidde Global Solutions’ portable fire extinguisher business for the EMEA region (the Gloria brand), with operating sites in Ropczyce (Poland) and Wadersloh (Germany). Closing is expected in Q3 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
