DMH Stallard advised the shareholders of Templant Hire Limited on its sale to Camfaud Group, the UK’s largest concrete pumping business and part of US‑listed Concrete Pumping Holdings. The transaction transfers ownership of Templant Hire Limited to Camfaud Group. The acquisition marks a major milestone for the long‑established temporary power provider, which will join a global group with significant investment capacity and plans for expansion across the UK. Founded more than 30 years ago, Templant supplies temporary power solutions to construction, defence and events clients nationwide and operates a premium fleet of more than 250 generators alongside distribution boards, cabling, fuel tanks, battery storage systems and load banks. The deal is intended to create a platform for growth, enabling Templant to expand its depot network, invest in new technology and pursue larger projects while maintaining its service standards. It also provided an opportunity for the founding shareholders to realise value and for the next generation of the Allen family to take on new roles within a larger corporate group.
