Baker McKenzie Advises Acutronic Group on $25M Investment from InterAlpen Partners and Hale Capital Partners

"Baker McKenzie advised Acutronic Group on a $25 million investment round led by InterAlpen Partners and Hale Capital Partners to strengthen Acutronic’s position in defence technology and fund product development, manufacturing expansion and working capital.
