Capitaland sells International Tech Park Chennai to Mindspace Business Parks REIT and 360 One for ₹3,000 crore; Khaitan Veritas and Trilegal advise

Khaitan & Co, Veritas Legal and Trilegal advised the parties to the transaction: Khaitan & Co represented Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Veritas Legal represented 360 One Alternates Asset Management Limited, and Trilegal represented Capitaland (AIGP2 Chennai 1 Pte. Limited). Mindspace Business Parks REIT and 360 One Alternates Asset Management Limited are set to acquire the entire stake of AIGP2 Chennai 1 Pte. Limited (Capitaland) in International Tech Park Chennai for ₹3,000 crore. Upon closing, Mindspace will hold 51% of the property and 360 One will hold 49%. Khaitan & Co represented Mindspace Business Parks REIT with a team composed by: Gautam Suseel (Partner, core transaction), Harsh Parikh (Partner, core transaction), Deepak Jodhani (Partner, core transaction), Sushim Aryan (Principal Associate), Shefalika Shekhawat (Associate) and Ishaan Kunal Nagarkatti (Associate).
