Moalem Weitemeyer Advises Freudenberg Group on Successful Settlement of Recommended All-Cash Voluntary Takeover Offer for Nilfisk Holding

Opposing counsel comprised Kromann Reumert, Krogerus, Guggenheim Partners and Nilfisk’s in-house legal team."

Opposing counsel included Kromann Reumert, Krogerus and Guggenheim Partners, and Nilfisk’s in-house legal team advised Nilfisk. Additional cooperating advisors were J.P. The transaction concerned the recommended all-cash voluntary takeover offer launched by the Freudenberg Group for Nilfisk Holding. The offer period concluded successfully and the takeover was settled and completed. Moalem Weitemeyer supported the Freudenberg Group throughout the entire offer period and through to completion, acknowledging the trust placed in the firm and the close, constructive collaboration across the process. The firm also noted the professional partnership with A&O Shearman as international lead counsel and the excellent cooperation with the financial and advisory institutions and other counterparties involved.
