Dutch EyeCare Group Acquires Poul Stig Briller — Sellers Reinvest and Continue Managing Danish Stores

"Dutch EyeCare Group (via Iconic Holdco, owned by EyeCare Group B.V.) has acquired 100% of Poul Stig Briller. The sellers are reinvesting and will remain shareholders and continue to run the seven Danish stores. The deal marks EyeCare Group’s entry into the Danish and wider Nordic market. Law firm Kromann Reumert advised the sellers (team: Bent Kemplar, Peter Ketelsen, Abinass Sivanesan)."

Kromann Reumert acted for the sellers (the shareholders of Poul Stig Briller) in the transaction. Transaction summary: the sellers sold 100% of the equity interests in all Poul Stig Briller companies to Iconic Holdco (indirectly owned by EyeCare Group B.V.). The selling shareholders are reinvesting and will remain shareholders in the combined group and continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the seven Danish stores.
