Nicholson y Cano advised CFN S.R.L. (the settlor) in the constitution of the MEGABONO CRÉDITO 342 Financial Trust and in the issuance of fiduciary debt securities. The transaction involved the establishment of the MEGABONO CRÉDITO 342 Financial Trust and the public offering of fiduciary debt securities with a total nominal value of ARS 16,531,479,620. CFN S.R.L., as fiduciante, obtained financing through the securitization of receivables originating from consumer financing and personal loans denominated in Argentine pesos. The issuance was carried out under the public offering regime with automatic authorization for frequent issuances. The securities issued comprise Class A Fiduciary Debt Securities with a nominal value of ARS 13,832,462,539 and Class B Fiduciary Debt Securities with a nominal value of ARS 2,699,017,081. Banco de Valores S.A. acted as trustee and organizer; Banco Macro S.A. acted as organizer; First Corporate Finance Advisors S.A. served as financial advisor; and Banco de Valores S.A., StoneX Securities S.A. and Macro Securities S.A.U. acted as placement agents.
