Aquapulse raises ₹25 crore Series A from NABVENTURES’ AgriSure Fund; IC RegFin Legal and VERTICES advise

"Aquapulse (Phoenix Marine Exports & Solution Pvt. Ltd.), a Bhubaneswar-based aqua‑tech firm founded in 2023, has raised ₹25 crore in a Series A round led by NABVENTURES through its AgriSure Fund. IC RegFin Legal (Puneet Shah, Amrita Ghosh) advised Aquapulse, while Vertices Partners (Vishal Mehta, Nisha Dharod, Cashmira Poonacha) advised NABVENTURES. The funds will finance a new in‑house processing facility, expand its farmer network from 6,000+ to over 15,000 across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, and strengthen its AI-driven pre/post-harvest systems and tech stack."

IC RegFin Legal advised Aquapulse (Phoenix Marine Exports and Solution Private Limited, dba Aquapulse), and Vertices Partners (VERTICES PARTNERS) advised the investor NABVENTURES Limited (via its AgriSure Fund) on the transaction. The deal was a Series A fundraise in which Aquapulse raised ₹25 crore led by NABVENTURES. The funds will be used to set up a state‑of‑the‑art in‑house processing facility, expand Aquapulse’s farmer network from 6,000+ to over 15,000 across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, strengthen its technology stack, and invest in AI‑led pre‑ and post‑harvest systems and a tech‑led transparent pricing model. Aquapulse, founded in 2023 and based in Bhubaneswar, is an aqua‑tech company focused on reducing post‑harvest losses and improving sustainability in aquaculture.
