"Nunhems India Private Limited (a BASF group company) has acquired 100% of Noble Seeds Private Limited, making Noble Seeds a wholly owned subsidiary. DMD Advocates advised Noble Seeds (team led by Vihang Virkar and Monika Deshmukh) and JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Nunhems India (team led by Siddharth Mody), providing end-to-end legal support including due diligence, structuring, negotiation of agreements and closing.
