Catalyst MedTech Acquires X3D

Plesner advised Catalyst MedTech and Sentinel Capital Partners in connection with Catalyst MedTech’s acquisition of X3D. Catalyst MedTech, a US-based portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, has acquired 100% of the shares in X3D (formerly DDD-Diagnostic). X3D is a Denmark-based manufacturer of gamma camera and SPECT imaging systems for use in nuclear cardiology and general nuclear medicine and supplies imaging systems to medical equipment companies, with an installed base of systems worldwide. The acquisition strengthens Catalyst MedTech’s imaging platform and expands its capabilities within nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. Plesner represented Catalyst MedTech and Sentinel Capital Partners with a team composed by: Henrik Laursen, Frederik Jastrup Brodersen and Caroline Eldrup.
