Andersen Advises Vitruvio on Acquisition of Numa Málaga, Its First Hotel Asset

"Andersen advised Vitruvio (a SOCIMI managed by Abante) on the acquisition of its first hotel asset, Numa Málaga, a 1,926 sqm property next to Málaga’s high-speed train (AVE) station as the company expands into hospitality. Vitruvio currently manages over €330 million in assets—primarily in Madrid (85%) with smaller holdings in Málaga (6.8%), Seville (2.8%), Mallorca (2.2%) and Bilbao (2.2%)—with a portfolio split across commercial (40%), residential (30%), office (21%) and industrial/logistics (9%). The Andersen team was led by César Morales, supported by senior associate Virginia de la Fuente."

The deal involved Vitruvio’s acquisition of its first hotel asset, Numa Málaga, a 1,926 sqm property located next to Málaga’s high‑speed train (AVE) station, as the company expands into the hospitality segment. Vitruvio currently manages more than €330 million in assets, concentrated in Madrid (85%), with holdings in Málaga (6.8%), Seville (2.8%), Mallorca (2.2%) and Bilbao (2.2%), and a portfolio split across commercial (40%), residential (30%), office (21%) and industrial/logistics (9%).
