Andersen Advises Vitruvio on Acquisition of Numa Málaga, Its First Hotel Asset

"Andersen advised Vitruvio (a SOCIMI managed by Abante) on the acquisition of its first hotel asset, Numa Málaga, a 1,926 sqm property next to Málaga’s high-speed train (AVE) station as the company expands into hospitality. Vitruvio currently manages over €330 million in assets—primarily in Madrid (85%) with smaller holdings in Málaga (6.8%), Seville (2.8%), Mallorca (2.2%) and Bilbao (2.2%)—with a portfolio split across commercial (40%), residential (30%), office (21%) and industrial/logistics (9%).
