ADVANT Nctm Advises Volksbank on Acquisition of 3.5 MW Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic Project from Unoenergy in Mestre

"ADVANT Nctm advised Volksbank on the acquisition of a 3.5 MW ground‑mounted photovoltaic project to be built on about 47,300 m² in Mestre, purchased from Unoenergy Innovative Solutions, which will also handle construction and maintenance. The deal supports Volksbank’s sustainability strategy led by Manuela Miorelli and aligns with its I‑mpact 2026 plan. ADVANT Nctm provided full legal support from due diligence to closing, negotiating the framework and EPC contract; the team was led by partners Stefano Padovani and Piero Viganò, with support from specialists in real estate, administrative and regulatory law."
