Baker McKenzie Advises Asmodee Group AB on €180M Acquisition of French Board Game Publisher ATM Gaming

"Baker McKenzie advised Asmodee Group AB on its acquisition of French board‑game publisher ATM Gaming, known for titles such as Speed Bac/Quickstop, Mouton Mouton and Pili Pili. The deal values ATM Gaming at €180 million (€150m cash and €30m in Asmodee shares), with an additional performance‑based earnout of up to €70m payable in Asmodee shares through 2031.
