A2A Rinnovabili Acquires 7 MWp Solar Plant and 18‑hectare Site from Admiralty Italia for Revamping; Admiralty Advised by Italaw

"A2A Rinnovabili (part of the A2A Group) has taken full ownership from Admiralty Italia of a property in Lazio that hosts an operational photovoltaic plant of about 7 MWp and the related grid connection. The site covers more than 18 hectares of agricultural and energy-use land, previously subject to a surface right in favor of A2A. The acquisition is part of a revamping/repowering strategy to boost the plant’s efficiency, output and sustainability in support of decarbonization and secure energy supply.
