Arsene advises Edgar Suites on Vincennes land acquisition for 120‑unit high‑end aparthotel development with SOGEPROM

"Arsene, a tax law firm, advised aparthotel developer Edgar Suites on the share-deal acquisition of a 2,865 m² site in Vincennes to build a high-end residence in partnership with SOGEPROM. The project includes 120 apartments (2–4 rooms), a 150 m² ground-floor retail unit and 13 parking spaces, with a bespoke building permit and a strategic location near Metro Line 1, RER A, the town center and the Château de Vincennes. Opening is planned for late 2028. Arsene’s tax team on the deal included François Lugand (Partner), Pierre Lucas (Senior Manager), Gul Karacam and Céline Dias; other advisors were Adden Avocats, Alamo, Lexfair Notaires and Sekri Valentin Zerrouk."
