Vinson & Elkins represented Sapphire Gas Solutions in the transaction in which Antin’s Flagship Fund V acquired Sapphire from Apollo funds. The transaction involved the acquisition of Sapphire Gas Solutions, a vertically integrated provider of compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas solutions, by Antin’s Flagship Fund V. Sapphire’s business encompasses CNG and LNG offerings across the value chain.
