"Srijan Group has acquired DLF Limited’s DLF Techpark II — an operational IT/ITES Special Economic Zone in New Town, Kolkata — together with an adjoining land parcel totaling about 25.9 acres. AQUILAW advised Srijan, performing comprehensive legal and regulatory due diligence (including title and SEZ Act compliance), detailed registry searches, review of principal transaction documents (Master Framework Agreement and Business Transfer Agreement), and supporting transaction execution.
