CMS INDUSLAW advises Plum on ₹193 crore Series B led by Peak XV Partners

"Plum Benefits Pvt. Ltd., an employee health benefits platform, raised ₹193 crore in a Series B round led by Peak XV Partners with participation from Tanglin Venture Partners and GMO Venture Partners. CMS INDUSLAW acted for Plum, with partners Winnie Shekhar and Shantanu Singh among the deal team. Plum — which serves over 6,000 organisations — will use the funds to strengthen technology and AI-led claims processing and to expand preventive care, primary care, mental wellness and telehealth services."
