Alpha Wave leads $1bn investment in Airtel’s Nxtra Data; Cyril Amarchand, Trilegal and Shardul Amarchand advise

"Bar & Bench reports that Bharti Airtel, Carlyle Group, Alpha Wave Global and Anchorage Capital will invest $1 billion in Airtel’s data‑centre arm Nxtra Data. Alpha Wave is the lead investor with $435 million; Bharti Airtel will invest $290 million, Carlyle $240 million and Anchorage $35 million.
